What is K-Beauty?
K-Beauty is an umbrella term for skin-care products that derive from South Korea. Essentially a name to categories the Korean influence upon our own skincare routines.

What means Masuka?
Masuka is inspired by the Japanese word Masuku which means sheet mask.

What is a sheet mask?
It's a mask in a 'sheet' form, made of fiber, cotton, cellulose with holes. It's wet, cool, and usually dripping straight out of the package, because it's infused with a liquid cocktail of hydrating ingredients.

What is the difference between the sheet masks?
All sheet masks we offer are from South Korea and guarantee the best quality. We offer sheet mask in different price categories from Dr. Jart up to Sulwhasoo. If you would like to have more information you can send an e-mail to info@masukamask.com to get advice from our expert team.

Are all of your products really from Asia?
We are happy to confirm you that all of our products come straight from South Korea.

Will my product expire/met/dry/freeze?
if the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the products quality.The expire date is mentioned on the backside of the package. By opening the sheet mask, we recommend you to use the product within the same day.

My country is not on the list, can I still receive the products?
We are working on bringing Masuka Mask everywhere around the world. If you would like to have additional information or a special request please send an e-mail to info@masukamask.com to get advice from our expert team

Can I sell the products on my own site?
Unfortunately, your purchase at Masuka Mask is only for your personal use. By purchasing Masuka Mask products you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes.

When is the next sheet mask brand launching?
We’ll be coming out with new products very soon – sign up with your e-mail address to get the latest updates.

What brand or product is all-natural or organic?
All of the products have been developed with responsibly sourced natural or naturally derived ingredients. We strive to use as much natural ingredients as possible and for properties that nature can’t provide or when it’s more environmentally friendly, we choose lab-made alternatives.

I have received a different product then I have ordered/ how can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns of unopened products within 30 days. Please send an e-mail to info@masukamask.com

An item in my order was damaged I transit. What do I do?
