How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your Masuka Mask product. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry— Our packages don’t include return slips.
Just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at email@example.com and we'll help you place the return.
Please note when and if returning your product(s), please consider the following terms and conditions:
Products may only be returned in the same condition you received them: unopened and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we will not take back any opened products.
We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us in a good condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box. Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items in non-saleable conditions due to the EU hygiene regulations. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show damage or are inflicted by the customer.
Always ask for proof of postage at your post office when returning an order.
Open your shipping package with great care to keep it in good condition if you need to make a return.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return tracking information, we will go ahead and issue your full refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your credit to reflect on your statement.
